        State Tax will only be  applied to California orders.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receipt, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full purchase amount less any shipping charges, plus a 25% handling / restocking charge on all return/exchange transactions. A Return Goods Authorization Number or (RGA) is required on all items to be returned. Products without an RGA # will be refused. All returns must be in original packaging, in good condition, and shipped prepaid form you the consumer. Any parts having been altered or otherwise modified may not be returned. Returns are limited to 15 days on stock merchandise only. Special orders or non-standard products are not returnable. Claims for shortages, breakage, or damage must be made directly with the transportation company. Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment is received. Customer must count and inspect items inside boxes at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery slip from Transportation Company. (Failure to due this will void the return policy, therefore NO refunds will be issued, NO EXCEPTIONS).

More Term and Conditions

All other purchases are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. It is very easy to get a shipping quote. Simply add the items into the shopping cart & follow the 3 step process. In less than 1 minute you will have the exact shipping rate. These rates are based on residential deliveries. Discounted rates are available on most orders if the delivery is to a business warehouse (call us prior to completing orders if shipment is to a warehouse).

Your order is carefully inspected before it is shipped out, and in most cases will be shipped out within 24 hours of receipt on all in-stock items. If shipping within the Continental United States, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days once shipped (Rural areas add an additional 1-5 days). Ground service is not available to Hawaii or Alaska, only Express Service (call for a shipping quote if you are in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada).

You will be notified of any backorders prior to shipping your order. At that time, you can choose to ship the order incomplete, wait until the backordered material comes in and have it shipped complete or change your selection. If the backorder is shipped separately, a shipping fee will be incurred. We expect our common carriers to be friendly, timely, and safe. Our primary goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. When your order arrives, it is your responsibility to make sure the order you receive matches up with the order that was placed (It is suggested to have your receipt from us in hand prior to the delivery as a checklist). If there is a discrepancy, or in the rare event you should see damage, (no matter how slight it may seem), missing pieces, or wrong colors/species, you must note it on the BOL (prior to signing), retain a copy for your records and contact us within 24 hours @ (800) 644-2003. We use a variety of reputable shipping companies to deliver stair parts to our customers nationwide. Each of these companies have their own policies regarding dates and times of delivery. All orders under 150 pounds and/or less than 108 inches, typically ship Fed Ex Ground. In some cases, Express Service for Next Day and Second Day Air are available at an additional cost. Express Service is not available in all areas. Orders that do not meet the above requirement will be shipped out through an LTL freight carrier.
